Memberships require a 3 -month commitment and then month-to-month thereafter. Automatic payments occur on the 1st of every month and a valid credit card and email address are required to participate in the membership program.
Membership fees are non-refundable and cannot be gifted. Membership session credit must be used within 45 days, after which session credit will be forfeited. Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance otherwise session credit will be considered redeemed.
Memberships can be canceled anytime with a 30-day notice. Cancellation fee of one month membership will be required if cancellation occurs within the first 3 months.
