Cancellation Policy

No-Show and Cancellation Policy for Rocking Calm Body Therapy At Rocking Calm Body Therapy, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. To ensure the smooth operation of our practice and to minimize disruptions to our schedule, we have established the following No-Show and Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur the following policies. Late Cancellation: If a client cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, any payments made for that appointment will not be refunded. Payment for Future Appointments: For clients who cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, the next appointment scheduled must be paid in full at the time of booking before the session can be confirmed. No-Show Policy: If a client does not show up for their appointment without prior notice (a “no-show”), the following will apply: The appointment will be counted as a missed session, and any payments made will not be refunded. After three (3) no-shows, the client will no longer be able to book future appointments with our practice. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have a legitimate reason for cancellation that you believe should be considered as an exception to this policy, please reach out to us to discuss your situation.
